猪流行性腹泻(PED)是由猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)感染所引起的猪的一种严重的肠道传染病,尤其对10日龄以内的新生仔猪具有高致死率,对全球养猪业构成重大威胁.为了深入理解PEDV的致病机制,论文归纳了了PEDV入侵宿主细胞、免疫逃逸、导致仔猪死亡的机制、宿主因素在PEDV致病中的关键作用等方面的最新研究进展,分析了导致仔猪腹泻及死亡的原因,总结现有研究的优缺点,提出未来研究方向或建议,对开发新型疫苗、抗病毒药物及综合防控策略提供参考.
Abstract:Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)is a severe intestinal infectious disease of porcine caused by Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV).PED can cause a high fatality rate,especially in newborn piglets less than 10 days age,and poses a major threat to the global pig industry.To provide a comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of PEDV,this review synthesizes recent advancements concerning host-cell entry mechanisms,immune evasion strategies,the pathophysiological drivers of piglet mortality,and the pivotal role of host cellular factors.Furthermore,the study elucidates the underlying causes of PEDV-induced clinical symptoms and mortality,critically evaluates the current literature,and outlines prospective research trajectories.These insights are intended to facilitate the development of next-generation vaccines,antiviral therapeutics,and integrated strategies prevention and control.
